Service Agreement For Call Of Dooty Pet Services LLC

In  order to best serve you, please contact CODPSLLC ASAP with your changes for your account and billing information.  This will include mailing address, service address, contact phone numbers, email address, credit card information, number of dogs in your household and any dates in the future you will not need service.

**Either party may terminate service at anytime , we will give you 7 day notice prior to the cancellation. We ask you to please give us a 7 day notice as well. To terminate service please email us at contactus@callofdootypsllc.com or call at (719) 646-2022. Upon termination notification your payment on file will be charged for any outstanding balances( if applicable ). ***We reserve the right to cancel any service at any time due to any violations we deem unsafe for our company.***

We do not give refunds. If your yard is not serviced due to acts of GOD, i.e. heavy rain, snow, hurricane, earthquakes, tsunamis, etc., you will be responsible for the full amount of your monthly bill because there will be twice the amount of dog poop the next time we come.

However, your monthly fee does include certain Holidays that we will observe without compensation of cost or service. The reason you are not compensated for acts of GOD or Holidays is because the next time we service your yard we will have twice as much to clean up.

But, if you happen to clean up your yard on a Holiday and would like to be compensated for it, simply give us a call and we will make the appropriate credit due for that week of service accordingly.

We at Call Of Dooty Pet Services LLC are dedicated to protecting our techs safety, so we have a ZERO tolerance policy about unattended aggressive dogs. That is to include while techs are on the said property and the client has been informed to contain their pets while the techs are cleaning. We have this in place to not only protect our techs but the lively hood of the dogs so everyone can enjoy going or being home safely, reason why we send out arrival texts.

We at Call Of Dooty Pet Services LLC to protect from transmission of disease and or illnesses we sanitize all equipment and tools after each yard to ensure there will be no transfer of anything to the next location. 

 We encourage our customers to be sure entry gates are in good working order. Upon arrival our tech will make sure the gate is secure upon starting and finishing the scoop and to include notifying you if there's any issue needing addressed to keep your pets safe and secure. Please be sure that gate is unlocked, if it is locked we will not be able to scoop. Please be sure the gate is unlocked or provide a key or combination on scoop day.  Any blocked or snowed in gate(s) we will have to skip that day and return on next scheduled scoop day.

Our techs at Call Of Dooty Pet Services LLC are dog lovers through and through but, our techs will not enter a yard with dogs outside for the safety of our techs. We prefer and encourage pets to be inside while we are scooping but if our tech(s) has been introduced prior and comfortable then dogs outside will be accepted. We reserve the right to skip service if there's an aggressive dog, broken gate, frozen gate, blocked gate or any condition deemed unsafe which is an rare occasion. 

In times when dog(s) will not be using the yard ( e.g. illness, vacation, fishing, out for the weekend) and you would like your scoop skipped to avoid extra fees while out. Please notify us withing 24 hours in advance or a week in advance if your scoop falls on a holiday week. 

We at Call Of Dooty Pet Services LLC encourage our customers to inform their friends, family and neighbors that we will be servicing their property. As much as we respect the boys in blue we don't prefer to have the police called on us while we are just doing our job.  WE do have our techs wear bright distinguishable shirts with our company name on them to stand out and be seen. 

We at Call Of Dooty Pet Services LLC reserve Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's for starting new customers and for the one time clean pet waste removal jobs that is to include very large yards. Furthermore we also utilize the weekends for catch up day ie: holidays and vacations.

 If your lawn is thick and over grown or covered in leaves we cannot guarantee a full scoop has been done. We will have to reschedule the scoop to the next time around if lawn is over run in thick grass or leaves.  

We ask that the yard be free of obstacles good example would be trampolines, large kids toys. Dogs pick some weird places to do their business and we would like to be sure we left you a nice clean back yard. If you happen to have rocks in your yard or is completely rocked we will assess a $5 fee as it's very difficult to remove pets waste. If we are able to see it, we are able to scoop it - thank you for your consideration.

In Colorado weather is a game, we may have to skip a day or two of service till we can get back on track. Heavy snow, rain, flooding, lightning, dangerously low temperatures or any type of dangerous conditions. We will reschedule your service to the next best day following and to include we may have to pick up double pending the weather conditions or the season involved.

If your scoop day happens to fall on or near a holiday we will do our best to get your scoop done the day before or the day after the holiday. In some cases if your scoop day falls on a FEDERAL holiday you will be notified and we will come on the next scheduled scoop day.  We reserve the right to shut down scooping services 2 weeks out of the year. This usually happens 1 week in the summer and 1 week during the Christmas/New Years time but it is subject to change at anytime. We will notify you in advance about any changes.  

We are only human but sometimes there may be a mistake or an unexpected issue.  Please call us at 719-646-2022 or email us at poofree@callofdootypsllc.com within 24 hours. 

We do accept breeders, but the fees are different. We ask that you call us to get a customized quote for our services we provide. we appreciate your understanding. Your COD Pet Services Team.
